I recommend 1-3 times per week but this all depends on how much work you are willing or are able to do on your own.
The harder you work the faster you will see changes but 4-6 weeks seems average. You usually feel the results first and may notice your clothes fitting differently. You may want to invest in a belt.
Running is not essential and straight away I know we have something in common!
I offer a free consultation before training starts. You will be able to discuss with me what you do and do not like and get a feel for whether or not we will get on.
I do not have one style of training. I do what I can to help you achieve your goals. This could even include a trip to the supermarket with you to help you choose the right foods. I will do my best to make the whole experience as pain free and fun as possible. I do not believe that I have to work you to the extreme.

I am fully equipped as a mobile Personal Trainer so can train you in places that are most convenient to you. Your house, your place of work or an outside space is not a problem.

I bring all the exercise equipment we will need, but if you do have any exercise equipment you have bought which you would like incorporated I will help you with this. You will need to wear comfortable exercise clothes that you can easily move in along with a water bottle and a towel if you are prone to sweat.
